- Rent is collected weekly or monthly
- We liaise between landlord and tenant
- Informing landlord of any maintenance problems as they occur and obtaining quotes from suitable tradesmen
- Organise repair work
- Property Inspections will be carried out twice during a 12 month contract. Any extra will be charged accordingly
- Providing monthly cash flow statement
- Final inspection of the property once the tenant vacates, this includes checking the inventory list, taking photos and supplying a written report.
- Transferring utility bills where necessary
- Providing key holding service
